WARRANTY Lapp’s Bee Supply Center warrants its to be free of defects in material and workmanship. If within 10 days of purchase you feel an item to be defective, please return the merchandise along with the receipt and we will refund the purchase price. Warranty does not cover damage to equipment arising from alteration, abuse, or use of product for other than its intended use. Back Orders Merchandise that is back-ordered will receive priority attention. Freight charges for back ordered items are your responsibility. STATE SALES TAX We are required to collect sales tax where applicable by law. Sales Tax Exemptions will be allowed ONLY if you have signed Certificate of Resale or an Exemption Certificate. Law requires that we have certificates on file before any tax exemption. RETURNED MERCHANDISE Please call if you need to return an item. Conditions for returns (1) item must be in good condition. (2) Must be returned within 10 days. (3) Original receipt required. (4) In most cases a 10% restocking fee will be charged. (5) We cannot exchange or offer refunds on beeswax foundation, only crude wax prices will be paid. (6) We cannot except returns on medications or chemicals. NOTE: For returning coveralls. We will except clean, unused coveralls ONLY. If coveralls are returned SOILED, you will be charged full price. SHIPPING FOUNDATION Most foundation becomes brittle in cold weather and cannot be ships safely. If you request, we will ship AT YOUR RISK. Otherwise we will ship when weather permits. LIABILITY Our liability is limited to the purchase price paid for any item.
