When returning cages, they must be from our packages and in the same condition in which you received them, or there will be no refund. Also they must be returned within one year, No Exceptions Deadline Queen Policy: If you have a dead queen, you must notify us immediately and bring in or mail the queen to us before a new queen will be replaced.
